What is an Event Designer?
An event designer is the equivalent of an interior designer. Our job is to create the overall vision, determine the specifics and manage the members of our team responsible for implementing that vision. In this analogy an event planner would be a general contractor, focusing on the overall logistics that bring the entire event together. As designers we work alongside event planners, managing the look and feel of each space and moment. This includes managing vendors such as flowers, rentals, lighting, linens, stationery, details etc. and fussing over all the small details that make the event special.

Do you offer wedding planning?
No. We are wedding designers, focusing only on the look of the event. We create a concept and manage the process of turning that idea intro reality. We use flowers, rentals, lighting, decor, stationery, linens and many other mediums to create beautiful weddings worldwide.
Do you work with planners?
Absolutely. We have a huge amount of respect for the amount of detail that goes into planning a wedding and appreciate working alongside an amazing planning team. While the planner manages all aspects of the wedding and vendors, the designer only manages the look of the event and carefully directs what each vendor supplies and provides.
What is your role?
We create design concepts for each part of your event. This includes a one page mood board, a floorpan, a detailed design proposal with floral, rental, decor, layout, and lighting suggestions for each aspect of the event. We manage all the vendors necessary to bring our vision to life and direct the set up and decor photography.
What is a creative director?
A creative director is the person responsible for designing an event by managing a team of creatives to execute the creative directors vision. The creative director conceptualizes the full picture and leads their artists through, directing and editing their work for a final result that is cohesive.
Do you do flowers?
Yes! Flowers and plants are one of our favorite ways to decorate and design. Our floral designers specialize in organic, garden style aesthetics with arrangements that are romantic and natural. We use locally grown flowers as often as possible and enjoy the opportunity to forage in the location of the event. We love to use potted plants whenever available as a way by which to make our flowering more eco friendly.
Are you a production team?
Yes. We offer full service production as well as creative direction. We provide the team of artists necessary to build and produce the designs we have conceptualized.
